On the terraces above the Convento do Carmo, in the heart of Chiado. The final piece of Álvaro Siza's decades-long restoration of the district, completed in 2015 and awarded the Valmor Prize that same year.

The convent itself has stood since the 14th century. Broken by the 1755 earthquake, never rebuilt. The gothic arches still rise without a roof. We chose to gather above them.

Open to the city in every direction. The river. The castle. The rooftops of Lisbon.

By day, a place to gather. By night, the music takes over. The same terrace, a different state.
